Privacy policy

Introduction

This policy describes how the Ivermectin and Fenbendazole site and application handle personal data, in compliance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13,709/2018). It applies to anyone who visits this site, creates an account or uses the calculator.

Patient data is not collected

The calculator receives the patient's name, weight, age and clinical conditions only to generate the PDF document. This data exists only in the memory of the request that generates the file and is not written to a database, server logs or notifications. The patient's name does not go into the file name.

Data we collect

Sign-up data: name, email and phone, provided by you when creating the account.
Payment data: processed entirely by Stripe, in its own environment. This site and the application do not receive or store card numbers.
Site usage data: pages visited and preferences (such as cookie consent), kept in your browser.

How we use it

To create and maintain your account and release access after the payment is confirmed.
To send transactional emails: payment confirmation and password recovery.
To answer support requests made by you.
To measure visits to the site, only if you accept cookies.

Sharing

Stripe, to process the payment and confirm the approval.
Transactional email provider (Resend), to deliver the confirmation and password recovery messages.
Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers, under contract and with restricted access.
Public authorities, when there is a legal obligation.
Meta (Pixel), only if you accept cookies, to measure where visits come from. Without consent, no Meta script is loaded.

Security

Encrypted communication (HTTPS/TLS) between the browser, the site, the application and the API.
Passwords stored irreversibly (hash).
Authenticated access by short-lived token with controlled renewal.
In the event of a security incident involving personal data, the data subjects and the competent authority are notified as required by the LGPD.

Your rights and account deletion

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data at any time. The account can be deleted inside the application, in the profile area, or by email to faq@ivercalc.com. Records required by tax obligations may be kept for the legal period.

Cookies

The site uses the browser's local storage to remember your consent. Measurement scripts are only loaded after consent and can be declined without affecting the use of the site or the application.
